Your Elizaldi piece is an investment in quality jewelry that is unique and special. The jewelry is made of the finest semiprecious stones, stringing materials, and clasps. We never use base metals, only high quality sterling silver or gold filled clasps. We guarantee our product and will make repairs on the clasp and stringing materials if needed. Shipping
You will receive your Elizaldi jewelry within 5-10 business days. Engraved items may take up to 14 business days. If you need your item earlier - please email us and we may be able to rush your order.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $10.00.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may either receive a full refund for the amount of the returned item(s), excluding shipping and handling fees, or exchange for another item. Your return must be postdated within 30 days of your original order. If an item or items are returned after the 30 day period, only partial credit will be issued. If you have a credit or debit after your exchange, we will charge or credit your account accordingly. All sales final on Clearance or Sale items.
If returning an item, please use bubble wrap and send in a box to ensure that the item does not break.
No refunds on sale or damaged items - exchanges only. Partial refund only for monogrammed items.
